This is the Rotablade Pendulum MK2, designed and created by Paul Watson, which is also the owner of Rotablade.com It consists of two individual pendulums connected together using stainless steel parts and two smooth hybrid bearings(R188)
Unlike most fidget spinners that are currently blowing up everywhere in popularity, and based on the chaos theory, you can fidget with this toy in many more ways, to your own personal liking.
Perhaps the most satisfying way of using it, is to just hold it horizontally and trying to balance it - it will go on forever with its movements are never being the same.
