It's time for the Greil's Mercenaries to show their quality. Right now, Iker is doing most of the work, but I don't have a Master Seal or anything of that nature to gain a promotion. I'm not digging his total lack of defense growth right now. He has skill and a little speed, but I can't have him lead the team with such a paltry amount of defense. He's not leading any charges with that kind of softness to him. Also, I have to ensure that I don't leave my people open. These individuals, like the healers and the mages, need to be protected. Now, an open map can cause problems with that, but even so, I have to be more alert.
