Here's my video showing you how to crochet your own mini Christmas hat. Including how to use a pom pom maker.
Finished hat can be used on stuffed toys or hang on your tree as decorations.
Crochet along with me and just pause the video when you need to.
Pattern is in UK crochet stitches.
UK Double crochet = US Single Crochet
1. Ch2, 6 dc into 1st ch - 6st
2. dc in each dc - 6st
3. [2dc in next dc, dc in next dc] repeat 3 times - 9st
4. dc in each dc - 9st
5. [2 dc in next dc, dc in next 2 dc] repeat 3 times - 12st
6. dc in each dc - 12st
7. [2dc innext dc, dc in next 3 dc] repeat 3 times - 15st
8. dc in each dc - 15st
9. [2dc in next dc, dc in next 4 dc] repeat 3 times - 18st
10. dc in each dc - 18st
11. [2dc in next dc, dc in next 5 dc] repeat 3 times - 21st
12. dc in each dc - 21st
13. [2dc in next dc, dc in next 6 dc] repeat 3 times - 24st
14. dc in each dc - 24st
15. [2dc in next dc, dc in next 7 dc] repeat 3 tiimes - 27st
16. dc in each dc - 27st
17. [dc in next dc, dc in next 8 dc] repeat 3 times - 30st
18. dc in each dc - 30st
19. change colour, ch2, trch in each dc, sl st in 2nd of ch2 to close, fasten off.
