Surviving Psychotic Depression In Thailand (My Story) - Costs & Resources

Today I talk about a psychotic depressive episode I had in Thailand last Christmas. I talk about my experiences through analogies, which is the only way to transfer what happened to me to others who haven't experienced this type of condition. I also give a rough timeline of events, which sometimes goes back and forth. This was a bit of a ramble into the camera but I feel it expressed what happened to me in the best way I can. My main reason for posting this is to help others with the condition or similar conditions, or those who know somebody who is starting to decline into a serious mental state, and even those who have lost people to mental illness, because experiencing this episode changed my views on a lot of things. I will leave links to resources down below. As I said in the video, there are very few inpatient hospitals that cater to this type of serious health condition, and this video is also very subjective. What worked for me might not work for you, so please bear that in mind. Resources and links below.
