Samsung Dryer Repair - Eliminating the Noise When Running. In this video, I show you how to replace the drum rollers, and the tension roller with belt that turns the drum. Between these items, that all came from the factory with bushings instead of steel ball bearings, these are responsible for a lot of the noise you may hear when running your Samsung front load dryer. Sounds like grinding, squeaking, roaring, and some sounds it's just not easy to describe. The replacement parts are very easy to find everywhere from E-Bay and Amazon, to places like Appliance Parts Pros website, or whatever your favorite parts website is. They are pretty cheap too, and the whole project doesn't take a lot of tools. All I needed for this was a couple of adjustable crescent wrenches, and a couple of phillips screwdrivers. Well, that and a vacuum to suck up all the dust inside the dryer. DV2C6BEW was the specific model of dryer in this video, but this should also pertain to almost any of the Samsung front load dryers made in the last 10 years or so, maybe a bit longer. Look for the model of your dryer on a label usually somewhere around the door, then you can google the model number to get a list of part numbers for your specific dryer. A lot of these parts are used across a very large range of models too, so that helps bring the cost down.
