Baker Concrete erected concrete formwork in three separate stations to give students the full scope of how the process works. The concrete forms are used in commercial construction to form up walls and columns in a concrete structure. Students were given the background first and then out to the shop for instruction on what they were looking at. Students used the drawings to inspect the forms for any discrepancies on what was actually built. Students also finished building the forms and tying rebar to get the full effect. A Huge thanks to Baker Concrete for setting this up and educating students on commercial concrete formwork.
