In this Castleton video, not only do we explore the beautiful Peak District town or village of Castleton, we also visit the stunning Blue John Cavern, which is one of only 2 caverns in the world where you can find the semi precious gemstone which is considered Britain's rarest mineral and one of the rarest in the world, and also the Speedwell Cavern, where we take a boat ride in this old lead mine.

Castleton is a beautiful village in the heart of the Peak District, popular for it's beautiful quaint feel, the famous Peveril Castle and for it's caves and caverns, two of which contain Britain's rarest mineral, Blue John.

In this Things To Do In Castleton Peak District Vlog, we explore Castleton and it's surrounding area. We take a look around the village, with it's beautiful shops, pubs and breath taking natural beauty, before heading over to Blue John Cavern and Speedwell Cavern. We then head back to Castleton to check out Peveril Castle.

Unfortunately, by the time we got back, Peveril Castle was closed, but we managed to get some beautiful shots from the drone.
