FUN day in the rainy, wet, & slippery Nurburgring conditions. Trickiest conditions as the rain finally stopped at 4pm and semi-dry patches appeared making it difficult to distinguish areas right (grip or slippery) in critical sections of the track.
Video covers various aspects of the day from car pick up @MR facility, to driving my car to the Nurburgring, to a look at the participating MR fully upgraded 992GT3RS cars, to the tires used, and the constantly evolving track conditions.
Finally ending the video with my 3 laps completed in my 992GT3RS in the last hour (@4pm) when the rain finally stopped but the track was still quite slippery in several areas making it even harder to drive safely. Improving by 1/2 min. each lap despite the cold tires (never exceeded 30sC front & low 40sC rear). Best time: 9:03.61s in wet🌧️
Good practice under tricky track conditions & the on the worst possible tires (used Trofeo RS) with a few tough moments.
