It's the 3rd Match of the Coca Cola Champions Trophy 1999/20 between Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Pakistan won the toss and chose to bat first. Saeed Anwar and Aamir Sohail opened the innings for Pakistan. Sohail got out early. Inzamam and Saeed got some runs on the board before Saeed was removed by Vaas. Yousuf Youhana played a cheeky knock as well with other batters failing to get the scoreboard going leading to Pakistan all out in 196 with two balls to spear. Sri Lanka didn't get the usual start to the chase as they lost Marvan Atapattu early. Kaluwitharana and Rusell Arnold carried on the score board and were making the chase easier. Everything changed as they lost Kaluwitharana and then Arnold. Wickets continued to tumble with Lankans making it difficult to manage the score. Razzaq took the last wicket with Sri Lanka requiring just one run and tied the match. Abdul Razzaq was the game changer taking 5 wickets for 31 runs in his 9.1 overs.
