Applying a ceramic coating, especially a professional-style one, can be a little intimidating for beginners. Our Chief Education Officer Mike Phillips just completed a new 3-part guide to ceramic coatings that covers prepping the paint surface for a durable bond, applying the ceramic coating itself and finally maintaining that coating to maximize longevity.

Part 1 covers prepping for ceramic coating, with tips on how to properly decontaminate the paint with a clay bar treatment, polish to remove swirls, oxidation and water spots as well as best practices for efficiency AND effectivity.
