This is the Tara temple in Pharping, Nepal. It was built around "self-arisen" statues of Ganesha and Green Tara (Yes, according to local legend, these statues manifested themselfs out of solid rock).
The temple is located underneath the Asura cave, where Guru Rinpoche attained enlightenment.
