Finally getting back to Train Sim World 5 content with a review of Tharandter Rampe - Dresden to Chemnitz. For the longest time, this was one of the few TSW routes that I hadn't reviewed yet.
This route runs for 79 kilometres from Dresden to Chemnitz, going through winding river valleys and climbing steep gradients on the way. It also features the BR612 diesel multiple unit as the star of the route, plus three locomotives that we've already seen in previous DLC. The route concept is interesting, but the overall experience on this route is let down by the poor scenery.
As for why it's taken me so long to get around to making another TSW video, it's simply because I've had more fun in Train Simulator classic. Make of that what you will.
