Thess are Vancouver’s brand new Mark V SkyTrain cars, which are built by Alstom and they are really nice! The new trains just entered service in mid-July and I was very lucky to have ridden one on my first day in Vancouver. Upcoming deliveries are to replace the original Mark I cars that date back to 1985, when the SkyTrain system first opened. More on it here: https://www.translink.ca/news/2025/ju...
