Sinus Congestion Drainage

This video is for those that have issues with #sinus congestion.

If you have allergies, cold, flu, sinus headache or pressure inside the sinuses this will help drain them.

Best not to use medications that prevent drainage as this technique is to encourage drainage and flow of the sinuses.

Note if you had chronic sinus issues or structural abnormalities like deviated septum you may need to keep working on draining those sinuses frequently.

Also if you use(d) steroids, anti-fungal, and other medications for sinuses you would benefit from an Osteopathic Manual Therapist balancing your head & upper back.

Techniques that I use that helped my patients with sinus congestion are:

Sinus drainage (video)
Cranial & facial bone adjustment
Neck & upper back adjustment of Osteopathic lesions
