Rebel Army Theme - Final Fantasy 2 (two-piano arrangement)

Happy Friday, everyone! It's already December????


I first discovered this soundtrack more than five years ago -- around the time I went on my long hiatus from YouTube. At the time, I was close with the Super Piano Brothers, and their enthusiasm and dedication in creating high class video game music arrangements for two pianos really inspired me to arrange my own. I remember having so much fun arranging this, but I never got around to actually recording it. So it really means a lot to me that I'm able to finally finish this project. This is my first time recording multiple tracks of myself and syncing it up... I guess it turned out okay? ^^; If you guys enjoyed this, I wouldn't mind coming up with more two-piano arrangements for the future! While the editing process was very tedious, it was so cool witnessing a duet with myself thanks to technology. :P


This is a very straightforward arrangement of the original soundtrack. Well, to be precise, I took my arrangement from two sources: (1) Final Fantasy Piano Opera I/II/III, and (2) the Symphonic Suite orchestral version. I loved various sections and motifs from both versions that I had to create my own hybrid of sorts.
