This session explored how capital allocators are navigating US-based climate investments in the context of shifting policy environments. With the recent passage of the OBBB providing clearer policy guidance, the discussion focused on whether and how investment strategies are adapting in response. Preeti Bhattacharji, ’14BUS ’09CC, head of sustainable investing at JPMorgan Chase US Private Bank; Bridget Realmuto LaPerla, ’19BUS, CEO and founder of Lion and Arc LLC; and Marieke Beeuwkes Spence, executive director of Impact Capital Managers, represented diverse perspectives across the capital allocation ecosystem, from venture investors to institutional managers, shared insights on opportunities, challenges, and the long-term outlook for climate impact investing during periods of policy uncertainty.
