Day 13 – Manali to Raipur Attempt: When Nature Takes Control
The plan was bold — ride nonstop from Manali to Raipur in one go. I started early with full determination, pushing through changing terrains and long highway stretches. But the journey had other plans.
As I entered the plains, the scorching heat, unbearably hot weather, and later a sudden rainstorm made the ride more challenging than expected. The nonstop plan had to be dropped, and I finally halted at Morena for rest.
Sometimes the mountains test you, but the plains humble you. Day 13 was a reminder that even the strongest riders must respect nature and their limits.
