In today's video, I'll be pulling the engine from our 1962 GMC C1000. It's the original 305 cu/in V6 (5.0L). This thing is STOUT to say the least. It's a purpose-built truck motor, designed for low end torque, durability, dependability and low long-term maintenance costs. Throughout this video, I'll be showing you all many of the cool engineering features of this engine. It's the perfect example of the classic phrase "They don't make em like they used to!"
