🔥 Hello everyone, in this video, I've prepared a tutorial on how to build a three-phase regulator for motorcycles.
This is a simple and affordable prototype that can serve as a replacement for three-phase regulators in motorcycles.
In this video, it includes:👇
Complete tutorial on building the circuit
Schematic diagram
PCB layout
Additional explanations
Circuit testing
I tested this regulator using my own simple method with a drill. In this method, I tested the circuit at around 2800 RPM. Currently,
I don't have a motorcycle with a three-phase stator...
However, the circuit should be tested at higher RPMs for full validation...
👉As I mentioned, this circuit is a simple regulator based on shunting.
You can add a filter capacitor to improve its stability.
The goal of the IC 555 is not to stabilize the voltage, but rather to allow the user to control the transfer of excess voltage to ground in order to prevent overvoltage to the battery...
In upcoming videos, Wait for new versions...
This video may be interesting for those interested in student projects, DIY, and electronics.
If you build this circuit, please be sure to share your experiences.
👍 I would appreciate it if you could like the video and share it with your friends.♥️
