Another song that appeared in a Looney Tunes cartoon, this time "Rhythm in the Bow", written by Cliff Hess. This is specifically its appearance in the 1934 musical comedy 'Good Morning, Eve!', which seems to be the song's only other appearance in any piece of media. I don't even think there's any sheet music available online. Anyways, enjoy!
Lyrics:
I always play my Stradivarius when I'm feelin' low
And if my fiddlin' is fair-to-middlin'
I put some rhythm in the bow!
Oh, the way those lovely arias sound when I let go
There is no riddlin' about fiddlin'
When I put rhythm in the bow!
I bear down on my g-string with everything I've got
You should hear how my g-string sounds when it gets hot!
Folks always say that it is glorious when I tremolo
There's no belittlin' when I get fiddlin'
And put some rhythm in the bow!
He always plays his Stradivarius when he's feelin' low
And if his fiddlin' is fair-to-middlin'
He puts some rhythm in the bow!
Oh, the way those lovely arias sound when he lets go
There is no riddlin' about his fiddlin'
'Cause he puts rhythm in the bow!
He bears down on his g-string with everything he's got
You should hear how his g-string sounds when it gets hot!
Folks will always say that it is glorious when he tremolos
There's no belittlin' when he gets fiddlin'
And puts some rhythm in the bow!
