Make Any Sandwich Better with These Homemade Sauces!

A sandwich is only as good as its sauce, and today I’m showing you my go-to homemade sauces that take any sandwich to the next level. From chilli crisp mayo to a smoky roasted red pepper pesto, these are easy to make and packed with flavour.

🟡 Mayonnaise

300ml neutral oil (I use avocado oil)
1 fresh egg (room temp)
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp salt

🥩 Roasted Garlic & Horseradish Mayo

100g mayonnaise
1 whole head of roasted garlic
1 tbsp horseradish cream (or 1 tsp fresh horseradish)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Juice from ½ a lemon
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp fresh cracked black pepper

🔥 Chilli Crisp Mayo

100g of mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp of Chilli Crisp Oil
1 tbsp of water.

🌿 Herby Mayo

100g Greek yogurt
60g mayonnaise
Juice from ½ a lemon
2 anchovies
15g fresh parsley
5g fresh tarragon
5g fresh dill
5 mint leaves
1 small garlic clove
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
3 rotations cracked black pepper

🫑 Red Pepper Pesto

150g roasted red peppers (drained)
25g fresh basil
20g pistachios
1 garlic clove
15g Parmesan
125ml extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp salt
3 rotations cracked black pepper

🌿 Chimichurri

20g fresh flat-leaf parsley
2g fresh oregano (or 1 tsp dried)
⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

1. Turkey & Avocado – Turkey, avocado, tomato, lettuce, whole wheat.
