Recognizing Cognitive Patterns Of Abuse | Healing From Trauma | Equality Empathy For Our Wellbeing

I've been thinking about the villager problem when one villager repeatedly hurts the other villagers and causes them to hate each other and want to kill each other. What can the villagers do? Sometimes the problem is not so clear if there are layers of lies being told, and some of the lies are comforting like a blanket. It is easy to get confused.

Here, I talk about some cognitive patterns of abuse that can be received, internalized, and subconsciously reenacted to hurt the people in your life. I also talk about a healthier cognitive pattern of equality, non-duality, acceptance, and love. At the end, I describe the pitfalls of group mentality and group conscience, and the need to speak up for other people's and your own well-being.
