Wrapping up my second week of marathon training (only 14 more weeks left to go). It was a rainy, windy trail run this week, so here is some of my favorite gear for bad weather running.

TRAINING SCHEDULE WEEK 1:
• Monday || Rest (cross train/ stretch)
• Tuesday || 6 miles intervals + 10-15 minute core workout
• Wednesday || 3 mile at 5k pace + 4 100 meeter dashes + 10-15 min. core workout (optional: 1 hours boxing)
• Thursday || 1 hour run + 10 -15 minute core workout
• Friday || Rest (optional cross training)
• Saturday || 4 mile run (easy pace)
• Sunday || 10 mile run
