Maida 250 grm ( 2 cups)
Sugar 50 grm ( 5 tbls)
Ghee 50 grm ( 5 tbls)
Ekka powder 1/2tsp
Yeast 6 grm ( 1/2tbp)
Salt 1/2tsp
Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
Milk powder 5 grm ( 1/2tbls)
30g Egg 1/2
Yellow colour as pr required
Water 100 ml (1/2 cup)

Tutti frutti,Raisins, black currants

Egg+milk for brushing

Bake at 160°C for 20-25 minutes
Brush Oil after baking to make the buns surface soft and shiny.
