This is a quick Do-It-Yourself video showing how to make a practice mute for Trombone, Baritone or Euphonium out of readily available materials. I didn't specifically show how to make the Trombone mute, but the process is identical to the others, just start with a tighter cone (I tried to approximate the shape of a trombone straight mute). I have experimented with several shapes of mutes and these seems to blow pretty freely. If you need more sound reduction, adjust the corks (spacers) for a tighter fit.
