Cause of Azerbaijan Airlines crash revealed

An investigation by Azerbaijan Airlines into the crash of one of its planes has blamed what it calls ‘external physical and technical interference’.

The plane crashed in Kazakhstan on Christmas Day killing 38 people.

The White House says early indications appear to suggest it was downed by Russian air defence systems.
