➡️ Steps :-
1. In a bowl mash boiled potatoes
2. Add Turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, Cumin powder, Garam masala, Salt
3. Add chopped Onion, green Chilli, Coriander leaves. Combine well
4. Take small portion of aloo masala, coat it around half cut boiled egg
5. Repeat with all the eggs and keep aside
6. For the besan batter - Mix Besan, Ajwain, Turmeric, Red chilli powder, Salt with water. Form a semi thick batter
6. Dip egg balls in besan batter, coat well
7. Place egg balls in hot oil one by one
8. Deep fry until golden brown
9. Slit egg chops from centre
11. Sprinkle chaat masala and coriander leaves
12. Serve with ketchup and Enjoy!!
