Boss: Dark Samus

She has a wide variety of attacks, some of them being familiar:
1) Multiple Phazon shots.
2) Larger and slower Phazon homing shots.
3) Phazon vine barrier whenever you get close to her.
4) Phazon clones, which she can essentially multi-task. Destroying the clones can yield Phazon units, just like the Phazon crystals she uses to make shields.
5) When she's using clones, she can use other attacks, like a spinning double-sided beam (which can be dodged with the Morph Ball), a creepy moving dance session to bump into you, and simple rushing blows.
6) And she's not complete without an overhead laser beam attack.
She can REGENERATE health but you can stop her from doing so.
Phazon units can be obtained from destroying the Phazon pillars and the clones.
To identify the real Dark Samus, use the X-Ray Visor.

FINAL Boss: Aurora Unit 313

The way to damage this is by first damaging its tentacles. This will enable you to shoot the glowing yellow holes, prompting it to go haywire and crash down. You must then pull open its armor to reveal its weak point.
As a way of self-defense, it can create Dark Samus copies, shoot a nasty laser beam with a damaging barrier, and let cannons shoot homing blasts.
Once you deplete the whole bar, it will turn into a floating brain. To damage its weak point, shoot the hatch that pops down from underneath its body.
However, it won't let you damage it so simply. It will shoot four lasers all over the place, and spin and ram itself at you on the floor.
