Hello everyone 💕

Welcome to day 6 of our feel good Pilates programme stretch & sculpt!

Today is a full body workout so we will be working on stretching, strengthening and elongating the muscles in our body!

Here’s an outline of our class today:

SUPINE
In this series we work on sculpting the abs and strengthening the core, with a lot of lower ab work included to help flatten the stomach and abdominals

ROLL UP
Here we work on strengthening our deep core muscles whilst also adding in some lower body stretches to help elongate the muscles in our body

BRIDGE
Here we work on rounding and lifting the glutes and strengthening the lower body

TABLETOP
Here we work to strengthen the core, tone the abs, and work the arms and back
