my morning routine - how i spend the first hour of my day (usually 8am morning routine ). all of the habits and practices that help me be productive all day long. These habits are mostly quick taking 5 minutes or less and they totally reset my system before the work day. This is a slow grounding morning ritual that sets me up perfectly for the day.
