Markandey Mahadev Mandir (मार्कंडेय महादेव मंदिर) is located in Kaithi Village, Approx. 30 Kilometers from Varanasi City, Uttar Pradesh. One of the most famous Markandey Mandir and has great Historical importance in Hinduism. Lord Shiva is totally dedicated to this temple.

Markandey Mahadev Dham Kaithi (मार्कंडेय महादेव धाम कैथी) is one of the main deities of Purvanchal which is equivalent to Dwadash Jyotirlinga, has also been discussed in Shri Markandeya Purana.
