For those curious, Dr. Ruckman (at least in what is available from the recording) brings up fornication as a grounds for divorce but does not site the biblical passage from that.
That passage comes directly from Jesus Christ in Matthew 5:31-46 (KJV).
As for the last verse in the video, about IF YOU RE-MARRY YOU CAN ONLY RE_MARRY A CHRISTIAN, from 1 Cor 7:39, the key words there are "only in the Lord." There is also 2 Corinthians 6:14.
