Transmission shifter issues. Within the shifter console, I zip-tied the “safety” lever that froze and prevented the car from shifting the transmission. Also, the key began to stick inside the ignition cylinder; I could not remove the key. I also zip-tied (and put a piece of tape over) the pin thats underneath the steering column that prevented the key from being released from the cylinder (when ignition off). These fixings made it work. Thanks to other YouTube users' DIY, too.
