O Camino Dos Faros Guide: Watch This Before You Walk

Here's everything you need to know to plan your Camiño Dos Faros hike in Galicia, Spain.

The Camiño Dos Faros is a 200 kilometer (124 mile) hiking trail that hugs the coastline of Galicia's Costa da Morte (the Coast of Death). This rugged trail passes 8 historical lighthouses, isolated white sand beaches, and seaside cliffs.

We walked the 200 km route in 8 days. We started our walk on June 24, 2025 in Malpica, Galicia, Spain. We arrived in Fisterra (Cabo de Finisterre) on July 1, 2025.

This is not an officially recognized route by the Galician Government. It is not "homologated", so the signage and trail can sometimes be unmaintained. Please hike at your own risk.
