On this podcast, I talk to Zach about how he got 236 rental properties by the time he was 43. We also go into how he keeps great relationships with his tenants. He really breaks down his mindset and what he did to get to where he is now! Zach is an incredible Real Estate investor in the Arizona market that operates in every area with integrity, loyalty, respect and overall incredible morals and values. Which is not something you see every day in the Real Estate Investing space. Zach manages his entire Real Estate portfolio himself with the help of a couple of executive people in his life which is truly impressive to say the least. He believes in renovating the houses the right way in the beginning so you are truly creating a product that the tenant loves and doesn't have anything to complain about for the foreseeable future. Zach believes in the state of Arizona so much to the point where his entire portfolio is based out of Arizona and believes Arizona at this current time has so much opportunity that he does not see the need to invest anywhere else in the country. He believes that this gives him an edge over other investors who invest virtually due to the fact he is able to drive every property and really get the feel for the neighborhood, the house, the area as a whole and can act quicker than your average Real Estate Investor for this reason.
