As seen in canon Star Trek, with the exception of April (established and portrayed in the image by Gene Roddenberry himself, so is included)
Admiral Kirk used the Enterprise as his flagship after the V'ger incident from 2271-2281.
William Riker and Edward Jellico were also briefly/temporarily captains of the Enterprise-D.
Novels have also described various other commanders in the gaps (Thomas Halloway etc.)
