Sea The Stars - A true racing superstar

2009 proved to be a career defining year for Sea The Stars. A dual winner as a two-year-old, the son of Cape Cross etched his name into sporting immortality with six wins from as many starts in his three-year-old season, all of which came at Group One level.

Trained by John Oxx and ridden by Mick Kinane, Sea The Stars backed up Classic glory in the 2000 Guineas at Newmarket and the Epsom Derby with brilliant victories in the Coral-Eclipse, Juddmonte International, Irish Champion Stakes and the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe.
