Big Performance Gains. Add some extra muscle and a deeper exhaust note to your 2015-2017 Mustang GT with a set of Pypes Long Tube Catted Headers. Replacing the factory manifolds, these long tube headers from Pypes provide an individual primary tube for each cylinder with sufficient length that the exhaust pulses will no longer interfere with each other. This improves exhaust scavenging and overall exhaust flow, which shows on the dyno with a gain of 27 horsepower to the wheel, or if matched with a tune, up to 50 horsepower! They are an ideal upgrade for naturally aspirated Mustangs, providing good torque gains down low, but really come into their own when delving into the realm of forced induction.

Rugged Stainless Steel Construction. These Pypes Catted Long Tube headers feature an initial 1-3/4" primary diameter that steps up to a larger 1-7/8" diameter and ultimately ends up in a 3" collector. Made from stainless steel, these headers will be impervious to rust and will resist corrosion and color distortion due to heat. High flow catalytic converters are included in addition to cat connection pipe to easily bring the system together without having to weld any components. For best results, it is recommended to have the ECU re-tuned in order to maximize power gains and engine drivability.

Professional Installation Recommended. Due to the complexity involved when installing these Pypes Catted Long Tube Headers on your 2015-2017 Mustang GT, it is recommended to have a professional complete the job. There are many components that need to be moved out of the way in order to slide the headers into the place, and as such, having a lift and all the proper tools will go a long way in simplifying this installation.
