Johnny Silverhand sacrifices himself to save V. V becomes a living legend in Night City and the boss of the Afterlife. V attempts to pull of the space casino heist, that would make him the Emperor of Night City. This is the Ask for Rogue's help ending. This is the high synergy (70% synergy to be precise) with Johnny ending meaning that they have a very pleasant final conversation and end everything on great terms (as best friends), and the Panam romance ending where she takes a shower and leaves V. V says goodbye to Panam. To get this ending with Panam in the shower you need to romance Panam, call her at the very end and ask for Rogue's help,
respectively.
