TATTI - NOITOM's Perception Neuron Studio Motion Capture system in action

NOITOM's Perception Neuron Studio Motion Capture (MoCap) system was acquired for the TATTI Project.
The MoCap System consists of 17 inertial sensors which provide a precise skeletal motion capture data.
For the first tests we imitated some common heavy workload tasks in industrial environments.
The MoCap system was set to transmit data from Perception Neuron to Siemens PLM Process Simulate software.
With the software it is possible to capture the skeletal motions based on sensor data as well as record the motion and apply it to a virtual human.
In Process Simulate it is also possible to carry out ergonomics analysis of the human motions and apply virtual loads to mimic the real loads in physical tasks.
