Fastest way to assemble Cordova gazebo from Sam's Club

Here is the quickest way to assemble the Cordova gazebo by Backyard Discovery. This technique will also work with the Barrington gazebos & the Norwood with slight variations. I've built more than a hundred of these, and with this technique, it now takes us about 4-5 hours to assemble a Cordova.
