"Okay, so for this Fish Curry, here's the list of things you will need:"
Fish: 500 grams (I used Rohu, but you can use any fish you like!)
Onion Paste: From 2 medium onions
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 spoo
Oil: 4-5 spoons
Basic Masalas: Haldi (Turmeric), Laal Mirch (Red Chilli Powder), Dhaniya (Coriander Powder), Jeera (Cumin Powder), Salt, and a little Garam Masala.
Tadka items: Methi seeds (Fenugreek) or Rai (Mustard seeds).
For Garnish: Fresh coriander and 2-3 green chillies.
