I build this dust collection hood for my miter saw to keep the dust under control. I use this saw indoors in an apartment workshop. The workshop is also used as an office so keeping the dust down is a must. The hood uses a shop vac hooked up to the back of the saw as well as the dust hood to suck up as much dust as possible.
