Hi! Today, we're going to make another detailed video tutorial for a sweet and savoury fluffy dessert snack that is known as PutoPao. Let's start!
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups or 313 g all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups or 228 g sugar
1 1/4 cups or 135 g powdered milk
2 1/2 tbsp. or 25 g baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
2 pcs. eggs
1/3 cup or 83 ml oil
2 cups or 500 ml water
For Asado Filling:
500 g ground pork
1/8 cup oil
2 cloves garlic
1 medium size onion
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup soy sauce
1 pc. star anise
2 pcs. laurel
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup water
For Slurry:
1/8 cup cornstarch
1/8 cup water
