How to make a Delicious Southern Meatloaf Dinner | With Mashed Potatoes and Peas

Here's my go-to method and technique for making a delicious Southern Meatloaf dinner. This meatloaf recipe is made with ground beef and a lot of flavor. I serve it with some mashed potatoes made in my pressure cooker and green peas on the side. It's one of our favorite dinner recipes to enjoy as a family.

Ingredients Needed for the Meatloaf:
20 saltine crackers crushed
1/2 cup beef broth
1 medium onion diced
1/2 green bell pepper diced
1 egg lightly beaten
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 lbs ground beef
For glaze
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
Parsley for garnish if you want to add some green garnish to your meatloaf
