Last year in the spring I visited this owner and did a lot of work on this yard, but I left the shed that was in the corner of the yard almost untouched because it was too overgrown and I put it off for the winter, so I came back to finish it. Even with the leaves still on the trees and shrubs, the area where the shed stands looked very overgrown, especially the tree which was completely taken over by a climbing shrub.
I started by trimming the branches with a chain saw and tried to pull the creeper off, but it had a very strong hold on the tree, so I started to cut it with a trimmer and then I was able to pull it off. Then I went further on and cut down all the shrubs that were there, as it turned out that there had been some kind of vegetable garden there a long time ago. I moved all the branches and trimmings into my trailer. Then I cut and shoveled the smaller shrubs, but for the two big roots I had to use a winch on a tripod. The first root was easy to pull out, but it broke branches a few times, but the second root came out of the ground without much trouble. Then I moved the roots to the trailer, collected the debris and threw the bags of grass clippings into the trailer. I also trimmed the overgrown bushes that were between the neighbor's house and trimmed one tree near the garbage cans and used a shovel to clear the overgrown sidewalk. At the end of the job I removed weeds from the sidewalk and mowed the lawn and then with a backpack blower I blew everything into a pile so that it would be convenient to collect the cut grass in bags.
This job took me 7 hours and one full trailer!
