Are you one of those people who sleep late at night and wake up late in the morning? If yes, you might have also been misconstrued as lazy. Apparently, laziness isn’t always the reason why these people have this behavior. Some of them are experiencing delayed sleep phase syndrome. DSPS is a disorder in which a person's sleep is delayed by two hours or more beyond what is considered an acceptable or conventional bedtime. We’ll understand this sleep disorder better with the help of Dr. Sarah Silverman.
