A powerful symbol has risen in the heart of Thrissur town, near the North Stand at Vadakkechira — an eye-catching anti-drug installation that blends art with awareness. At its center is a young boy in fibre, running to escape the clutches of Lahari Bheekaran, a monstrous octopus that represents the terrifying grip of drug addiction. 🐙⚠️

The sculpture shows the boy fleeing the Drug Demon, his book pierced by a giant syringe, and reaching for the protective hands of the police — a symbol of hope, law, and support. This bold and emotional installation speaks directly to the youth, parents, and the entire community.
