A food experience, like any other experience, exists when you are able to create a memorable event in the minds of our audiences or customers. How to create a food experience that combine elements that interact among each other and with the clients? Elena gives answers to this question. Graduated in tourism, with a postgrade degree in hotel and restaurant management in Switzerland. She works at IKEA as Global Director of Gastronomic Experience.
