Zu Fuß über Mallorca - Der GR221 Trockenmauerweg

Im Oktober 2022 bin ich auf Mallorca in 6 Tagen alleine den GR221 gelaufen. Einen 138 Kilometer langen Fernwanderweg durch das Gebirge von Mallorca - Auch Trockenmauerweg genannt. Die Strecke führte mich dabei einmal von Westen nach Osten durch die "Serra de Tramuntana" . Insgesamt wurden dabei fast 6000 Höhenmeter überwunden.
Ich habe mehrere Nächte im Zelt übernachtet. Der Weg sollte nicht unterschätzt werden. Insgesamt handelt es sich um einen sehr anstrengenden Wanderweg auf dem auch alpine Erfahrung notwendig ist. Der Trockenmauerweg zeichnet sich vor allem durch seine Abgeschiedenheit aus. Auf den Etappen trifft man nur wenige Menschen. Insgesamt eine gute Möglichkeit für eine Fernwanderung im Frühjahr oder Herbst.

Dabei ist jedoch anzumerken, dass große Teile Mallorcas in Privatbesitz sind. An mehreren Stellen musste ich von der Route abweichen und die "Original Route" gehen.
